Best Co. has affirmed the A (Excellent) financial strength rating of Macau Insurance Company Limited (Macau Insurance) and its subsidiary, Macau Life Insurance Company Limited (Macau Life Insurance). The rating outlook is stable. The rating reflects the companies' moderate capitalization, consistent market profile, continuous excellent underwriting performance and liquid investment strategy. The Best's Capital Adequacy Ratio, which measures capitalization on a risk-adjusted basis, demonstrated both Macau Insurance's and Macau Life Insurance's moderate capital position.
